We will book it in to get it looked at by one of our technicians and contact you when we find out what the problem is. Then we will tell you how much it will cost to get the device repaired with us. You can choose whether you would like us to fix it or not, we will also happily advise if the device is simply not worth the repair to save you spending money needlessly. We operate a ‘no fix, no fee’ repair service, so there is no charge to diagnose the issue. By booking your device in with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
